Free Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping on all qualifying orders totaling over $149.00 in merchandise and being shipped within the lower 48 continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. It is our way of saying Thank You for your order!
**Certain items in our catalog may be excluded from the $149 or more free shipping.

Offer only valid on items eligible for this promotion and orders which include $149.00 or more worth of eligible items for standard ground shipping (not including taxes, For FL. customers). Items which are not eligible for this promotion will be subject to normal shipping charges. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor is this offer valid on previous purchases. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. This offer is not available on special orders placed from our wholesale vendors. Offer not valid on out-of-stock or canceled merchandise. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. This is a limited time offer.

NOTE: Although most products ship for free with purchases over $149, there are a few items that do not. In the case that one of your products does not qualify for the "Free Shipping" , you will have to pay shipping on that item only. All other items sent with your purchase that did include free shipping will not have shipping fees associated with them.

East Coast Custom Golf Carts reserves the right to ship items with whatever methods we see fit. This typically will not include express shipping of any kind. If you need to ship the items express, you'll need to contact us at 888-330-2278 or e-mail us at [email protected] to get a quote for this shipping option, you will then be billed for shipping in accordance to the normal shipping rates.

International Shipping

East Coast Custom Golf Carts has been shipping to most International destinations for years. Although FREE SHIPPING does not apply to International orders, we do offer discounted shipping rates for all International orders. Please contact us at 888-330-2278 or e-mail us at [email protected] for a discounted shipping quote. Please include detailed address information & all items you would like to purchase.

CANCELLED ORDERS:
Any and all order/s cancelled by the customer regardless of reason, and/or any order/s we may have to cancel due to not being able to communicate with a customer about an order problem will be refunded the order total less the 3% to 4% credit card fees charged to us associated with the transaction that we can not get refunded by the credit card merchant services.


RETURNS :


You may return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full product refund less our shipping costs associated with the free shipping incentive from the original order. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

The item returned must be in its original product packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation and must be in 100% resalable condition. We are in no way responsible for installation errors.

Any returned item that was ordered incorrectly or that has been removed from its original packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion

All Returned Items

Before you return an item you must call us (888-330-2278) & get Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
Any item being returned must have a pre-authorize Return Material Authorization (RMA) form included with the return
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is not a GUARANTEE of Credit.
Returned product(s) must be boxed with the sufficient packing to protect the contents. Products damaged due to your poor packing will NOT be accepted for credit or refund.
All returned items must be shipped via a standard regular ground delivery method. NO NEXT DAY, 2 or 3 DAY shipments will be accepted.

Returning Free Shipping Items

Items that are Damaged or Missing

If your package arrives damaged, report it to the Delivery Service immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you.
If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, you have 3 business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report. We may require you to hold the item, box and packing material for inspection by the shipping company.
Please check all the components in your order (like lift kit, windshield, hardware etc.) to make sure parts are not missing. Any missing or defective parts must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned shipments must be insured to the item(s) full value
Returned product(s) must be boxed with the sufficient packing to protect the contents.
The item returned must be in its original product packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation and must be in 100% resalable condition.
All returns deeming being defective will be evaluated and accessed by East Coast Custom Golf Carts and/or the Manufacturer. Based on the decision of East Coast Custom Golf Carts and/or the Manufacturer a refund may or may not be issued at our discretion. Any returned item that is not 100% in re sell able condition may also not be eligible for any refunds due to its condition. This decision will be solely at our discretion.


We will refund the return and/or original shipping charges at our sole discretion if :

1. The item shipped was not the item on your invoice
2. Any item being returned damaged or defective that we feel may have left our facility in that condition
3. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the item at no charge.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

Electrical parts are not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to electric motors, electronic speed controllers, all switches of any type, solenoids and relays, radios, stereos, speakers, LED or incandescent lights, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, coils, igniters, voltage regulators, and starter generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturers warranty. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacturers own written factory warranty.
Wheels & Tires are not returnable unless they have an obvious manufacturers defect. Please note: We carefully inspect all wheels & tires before they leave our facility.
Windshields are not returnable unless they have an obvious manufacturers defect.
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Special order or Custom products are non-returnable, UNLESS damaged in transit.
Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases, aerosol cans, hardware, manuals, custom products and batteries.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Downloadable software products
Gift cards and gift certificates
